Writing about the moment we captured the highest-resolution image of Pluto to date is one of my favorite moments of my career. I got to interview scientists and engineers who worked with NASA to produce the technology that made such a feat possible. It was a late-night event where they explained to the public how they researched and built the components of the satellite, so I had to work remotely with limited resources to turn the story in on time. I managed to make the 10 p.m. deadline! You can read the full story here.
